Unworn Justin BootsD pairs in original boxes may come back within 30 days of delivery. We refund the merchandise total to the original payment method once the warehouse logs the carton.

Email [email protected] with the order number and photos of the soles. We send a prepaid label for contiguous U.S. addresses when the pair qualifies. Final-sale and worn barn pairs stay with you.

Exchanges

Width and size swaps use the same window. If the replacement costs more, we invoice the difference before it ships.

Warranty

Workmanship issues that show up in ordinary wear are reviewed by the shop. Leather scars, water spots, and outsole miles are not defects. Write [email protected] within a year of purchase.
